By enrolling in the The Sports Biz Boot Camp program, the student and their parent/guardian agree to the following terms:

1: Acknowledgment of Participation We understand that the student will be participating in a college-level educational program that may include both classroom learning and interactive activities. We recognize that, as with any program, there may be some risks involved, and we are comfortable with the student’s participation.

2: Responsibility and Conduct We understand that the student is expected to act responsibly and respectfully toward instructors, staff, fellow students, and facilities throughout the duration of the Program.

3: Release of Claims To the fullest extent permitted by law, we agree not to hold Sports Biz Boot Camp, its staff, instructors, or affiliated institutions legally responsible for any unintentional injury, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with the student’s participation.

4: Indemnification We agree to take responsibility for any claims, costs, or damages that result from the student’s actions or behavior during the Sports Biz Boot Camp Program and to cooperate with the Program to resolve any issues that may arise.

5: Medical Care Authorization In the unlikely event of an emergency, we authorize Program staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for the student and agree to cover any associated medical costs.

6: Understanding and Agreement We have read this agreement and understand it is intended to support a safe and positive learning environment while outlining basic responsibilities for everyone involved.

7: Refund Policy:
If a student is not admitted, you will receive a 100% refund. Once accepted, tuition is non-refundable. However, if a student becomes ill or a scheduling conflict arises, we will work with you to transfer enrollment to a future session. Minimum enrollment requirement: Each session must have at least 20 participants to run. If your selected session does not meet the minimum, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future boot camp.
